விக்னராஜா திலகவதி தம்பதிகளின் அன்பு மகளும், ஆறுமுகம் செல்லம்மா தம்பதிகளின் அன்பு மருமகளும்,
விமலதேவன் அவர்களின் அன்பு மனைவியும்,
அபர்ணா, யதுசன் ஆகியோரின் அன்புத் தாயாரும்,
லவன் அவர்களின் அன்பு மாமியாரும்,
பானுகவி, வைதேகி ஆகியோரின் அன்புப் பேத்தியும்,
மனோகரன், பாமா, பவானி, ரேணுகா, கலா ஆகியோரின் அன்புச் சகோதரியும்,
காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான தேவரட்ணம், இந்திராணி, யசோதாதேவி, மகாதேவன், செல்வரட்ணம் மற்றும் ஞானேஸ்வரி, சிவபாலசுந்தரம், பூவதி, செந்தில்வேல்ராஜா, ஜெயகெளரி, காலஞ்சென்ற குகலிங்கம், பரமேஸ்வரி, காலஞ்சென்ற குமாரவேல், தர்மாலா, காலஞ்சென்ற விஜயநாதன், ராதிகா, லோகினி, குமார், அற்புதரூபன், ரவீந்திரன் ஆகியோரின் அன்பு மைத்துனியும் ஆவார்.

Mrs Thayanithi Vimalathevan was born and bred in Wellawatte, Colombo and passed away peacefully on 29th May 2025 in London, UK.
She was the cherished granddaughter of late Ambihaipahar & late Thaiyalmuthu and late Ponnambalam & late Thangamma, the beloved daughter of late Wignarajah and late Thilagavathy. She was a treasured daughter-in-law of late Arumugam and late Sellamma.
She was the beloved wife of late Vimalathevan.
She was also a proud mother to Abarna & Yathushan.
A loving mother-in-law to Lavan.
She was also an adoring grandmother to Baanukavi and Vythehi.
Dear sister to Manoharan, Bama, Bawani, Renuka, Kala.
Beloved sister-in-law to the late Thevaratnam, late Indrani, late Jashodadevi, late Mahadevan, late Selvaratnam, Gnaneswary, Sivapalasundaram, Poovathy, Senthilvelraja, Jeyagowri, late Kugalingam, Parameswary, late Kumaravel, Tharmala, late Vijaynathan, Radhika, Lohini, Kumar, Atputharuban & Raveendran.
Thayanithi studied at St Clare’s College and Ratmalana Hindu College. She was a keen netball player and she was on the school National Hockey Team. Upon completing her education, she proudly worked for an audit firm, a travel agency, and for Harrison & Crosfield as an accounting administrator in Colombo. In 1985 having arrived in London, she worked in various professions including the Tamil Information Centre & Everfresh in Tooting. She also worked for the Royal Mail for 27 years until her retirement as both a PHE postwoman and a cherished member of the Bookroom Office staff.
She will be deeply missed.
